Eye Moisturizer

Before applying makeup, first apply Dr. Dennis Gross Ferulic + Retinol Eye Cream.  Dry skin can make your eye bags look even saggier. You can try keeping your moisturizer in the fridge and use it cold.  It can help to tighten your skin and make it look smoother.  The retinol in this eye cream will work great on any fine lines you may have.

Cucumber

I know we have been hearing about cucumbers forever, but they really help puffiness!  Cucumbers are amazing for under-eye bags. Get 2 slices of cucumber and place them on your eyes. Keep them for 15 minutes to reduce the swelling.

Yellow Concealer

You’ve probably noticed that your under-eye bags have a dark blue shadow. To cover that dark blue shadow you need a yellow concealer. It will cancel out the blue tones and it will brighten the under eye area.

Eye Shadow

Dark shadow can also help you hide your puffy eyes. Apply a dark liner to the top and bottom of your eyes.
