I have been using a derma roller for approx 6 months now.   I received the PerfectoRoller to replace my old derma roller and feel that the quality of the PerfectoRoller is much higher then other derma rollers I have purchased in the pass.  It is a 540 Titanium Needle roller and the strength is 1.0mm.
